Yep, Sony has announced the new Sony HDR-PJ50V. This is a HandyCam with a built-in projector on the back of the LCD display. This is something that I wouldn’t need, but i’m sure Sony thought of some uses for it. I wonder if this could be used as a TV? As part of the Liverpool European Capital of Culture La Machine and Artichoke created a giant robotic spider mounted on a crane. They named it La Princess and she certainly surprised us! The whole thing is a performance art piece, seen over 3 days (September 5th, 6th, and 7th). This particular stroll through the Albert Docks took place on the evening of Friday, September 5th. Although it’s not seen in this movie, the reason La Princess is at the docks is to take a bath. It was raining/drizzling for the majority of Friday evening, hence you will occasionally see part of my left hand in upper left corner. I was feebly attempting to keep the camera dry. This was shot using Sony Digital Handycam, model DCR-TRV14E. All sound and footage were captured with the camera. EDIT: Artichoke and La Machine are not connected – Artichoke is a company unto itself.

Todavia me acuerdo cuando nos llamo el Director de Universal y hablo para que entraramos un par al Hotel.. Creo que no entendia nada,, y la panza me estaba matando de los nervios.. solo case la handycam y entree.. me olvide de toodo, los cd`s, lo que seaa.. y cuando entroo.. no habia explicacion para sentir tanta FELICIDAD! De verdad fue HERMOSO haber podido hacer realidad esto que para nosotras sonaba taan irreal.. tan inalcanzable, tan lejos de ser posible.. Que cuando te tuvimos enfrente nos parecias de mentira, como si fueses una ilusion nuestra.. yo todavia lo sigo creyendo.. para mi eras una foto enfrete nuestro hablando, compartiendo, siendo tan cariñoso y generoso con nosotros.. Definitivamente eres el JEFE, pero no solo por la musica.. Sino por el SER HUMANO que sos! Sos Todo y mas de lo que esperabamos.. porque te mostraste mas que transparente con nosotros..
